Groove with the Visionary

The Founder—known in creative circles simply as Doc—is a boundary-breaking force across sound, story, and image. A genre-agnostic composer, internationally published author, and signed photographer with Getty Images, his work transcends categories and continents, shaping conversations from New York to Tokyo, Berlin to São Paulo.

As the founder of Road Scholar Music, Doc crafts bold, future-forward jazz fusion that refuses to color inside the lines. His compositions pulse with global influence—infused with the grit of rhythm and blues, the syncopation of funk, and the cinematic edge of electronic minimalism. Every project is designed to provoke, move, and connect.

Doc’s storytelling doesn’t stop at music. His writing—spanning environmental narratives for young readers to sharp, genre-defying cultural analysis—has reached audiences in over 15 countries. With a PhD in Business and Creative Industries and fellowships from Purdue University (USA) and QUT (Australia), his academic and literary work is widely respected across the creative economy, policy, and arts sectors.

Executive program trained at Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, Yale, Wharton and certified at Berklee College of Music, Doc moves between disciplines with precision and purpose. His creative instincts are matched by strategic depth, with professional creds from the World Bank, IMF, and IBM rounding out a uniquely global toolkit.

As Chromatic Exposures, his visual work captures charged, unrepeatable moments—raw light, kinetic energy, and stillness just before the storm. Signed by Getty Images, his photography reflects the same visual intelligence and mood-driven language found in his music.

Across all mediums, Doc’s work is about vibration: emotional, intellectual, cultural. Whether composing a track, writing a book, or framing a photo, he’s chasing the same goal—to distill experience into something timeless and true.
